Angela Yosten is a seasoned marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving organizational growth. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of National Marketing & Design at Compass since March 2016, Angela has played a pivotal role in implementing cost-reduction strategies, enhancing technology to support workforce efficiency, and fostering data-driven decision-making. Angela's prior accomplishments include managing a team of over 30 in a pre-IPO real estate/tech start-up, achieving significant growth in the Bay Area, and successfully integrating teams from multiple acquisitions. With a proven track record in brand development, client relationship management, and campaign execution across luxury tourism and outdoor brands, Angela has also gained recognition as an Emmy-winning television producer. Angela holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from The University of Kansas.
