Lara Shuqom is a distinguished real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Principal of The Collective at Compass since September 2016, Lara has established a top-producing team that offers ethical and sophisticated real estate advice. Prior to this, Lara was the CEO and Principal Consultant at Catalyst Consulting of Boston, LLC from January 2014 to December 2017, providing innovative marketing solutions for real estate professionals in New England. Earlier roles include a Marketing and Sales Associate at Cushman and Wakefield and a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker, focusing on luxury sales in the Metro-Boston area. Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Political Science from Simmons University.
