Rory Golod

Rory Golod serves as Senior Vice President of Growth & Communications at Compass, a position held since December 2014, and has also held roles such as President for both the North East & West regions and Regional President for the Tri-State Region. Prior to Compass, Rory Golod was the Vice President of Business Development & Operations at Fancy.com and worked at Bloomberg in Global Analytics. Early career experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Yext. Rory Golod holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Richmond, completed in 2008, and is an alumnus of Cold Spring Harbor High School.
