Jennifer Bowman

As the Vice President of Operations, I have the privilege of overseeing our SLS and ILS services in all of our regions, spanning from the Oregon border to the heart of San Jose. After spending three years working at Far Northern Regional Center, I came to Compass in 2008 and was the Far North Regional Manager for over 10 years. Supported and Independent Living philosophy has been engrained in me and has become a part of who I am. I have a deep desire to see both clients and staff discover and achieve their dreams. It is my mission to catalyze transformation and freedom to all people through passion and integrity.

Through my positions, I have had the opportunity to utilize the education that I received at Far Northern Regional Center and at Simpson University where I received my BA in Liberal Arts in Education. I am thankful for the scope of impact that I get to carry throughout the state of California. I feel privileged to get to oversee a dynamic team of over 450 staff and over 400 clients. I look forward to a lifetime of shaping this industry in a way that creates empowerment and hope for all those we serve.

In addition to my commitment to Compass, I am a dedicated wife and a mother of two beautiful children. My husband also works at Compass, and we desire to give to our children a legacy and a vision of what can be accomplished through hard work and partnership. We are excited to see what the future holds for Compass.
