Kim Rubenstein, M.A., Psy.D. began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Professor and Curriculum Manager at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In 2009, they became a Dr. at a Group Practice. From 2011 to 2019, they served as an Adjunct Faculty at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In 2019, they took on the role of Clinical and Organizational/Business/Industrial Psychology at the Center for Personal Development. Kim is currently Co-Founder/Chief Research and Product Officer at Compatibility Solutions, where they utilize art and AI science to create predictive matching algorithms to connect people to key developmental relationships. Her partners include higher education, corporate/professional services, and the non-profit sectors.
Kim Rubenstein obtained their Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology between 2002 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned their M.A. in Organizational Behavior and Counseling Psychology from The Adler School of Professional Psychology between 1998 and 2001.
