Brad Schroeder

Brad Schroeder is an experienced professional in client services and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Client Services Team Leader at Compeer Financial since December 2020. Prior to this role, Brad held several positions at Discover Financial Services from March 2017 to December 2020, including Sr. Continuous Improvement Leader and Continuous Improvement Lead. Earlier experience includes managing the Auto Physical Damage Claims Team at Liberty Mutual Insurance from February 2012 to March 2017 and working as a Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance from 2008 to 2012. Brad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Aurora University, earned between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Western Illinois University, completed in 2001.
