Eric Schmidt

Eric Schmidt is an accomplished professional in tax planning and accounting, currently serving as Manager of Tax and Accounting at Compeer Financial since 2018, after previously holding the position of Associate Tax Consultant. Eric specializes in tax services for farm entities and small businesses in Western Wisconsin and Southeastern Minnesota. Prior to Compeer Financial, Eric gained valuable experience at Kwik Trip, Inc. as an Assistant Store Leader, and at Rudy's Drive In, where roles included General Manager and Line Cook. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and an MBA in Ethical Leadership from Viterbo University.
