Mary Morgan, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Mary'smost recent role was as the Director of New Markets at Compeer Financial, where they were responsible for exploring, developing, and growing new marketplace opportunities for the agriculture industry. Prior to that, they served as the Principal Asset Quality & Assurance Officer, overseeing the Appraisal Team, Audit Team, and Risk Asset Unit. Mary has also held positions at Compeer Financial as the Vice President of Loan Accounting & Financial Analysis, Director of Financial Analysis, Manager of Financial Analysis, and Senior Financial Analyst. Before joining Compeer Financial, Mary worked at Multifan, Inc. as a Warranty Accounts Representative.

Mary Morgan, MBA, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Loyola University Chicago from 1994 to 1998. Mary then pursued higher education, completing their Master's degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University between 2010 and 2012.
