Paul Dietmann

Paul Dietmann currently serves as a Senior Focused Lending Specialist-New Markets at Compeer Financial, a position held since July 2017. Additionally, Paul has been involved with Wisconsin River Mutual Insurance Company since February 2014, serving as Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors. Previous roles include Emerging Markets Specialist and Assistant Vice President at Badgerland Financial from January 2012 to June 2017, and board membership at the Organic Processing Institute and chairmanship at the Wisconsin Agricultural Education and Workforce Development Council. Paul is a past chair of the North Central Region SARE Administrative Council for USDA's Sustainable Agriculture Research & Education, and has held various positions, including Bureau Director at the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection and Village Trustee in Prairie du Sac, WI. Paul's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Continuing and Vocational Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an Associate's degree in Agriculture from Joliet Junior College.
