Rachel Cottle is an experienced project manager and consultant with a strong background in technology implementations and business operations. Currently serving as an Implementation Project Manager at HCR Software, Rachel previously owned and operated Great Harvest Bakery Cafe Orlando. At HireVue, Rachel held multiple roles including Director of Integrations Consulting, leading integration projects with various ATS platforms while managing a team of Integration Consultants. Rachel also has experience as a Consultant at Accelas Solutions, certified in Oracle Sales Cloud implementations, and as an Operations Manager at Sorenson Communications, where Rachel restructured a failing line of business and enhanced overall efficiency.
