Azola Nyoka

Azola Nyoka currently serves as a People Data, Analytics & Reporting Specialist at Old Mutual Limited since December 2023. Prior to this role, Azola worked at Competitive Capabilities International, first as a People and Culture Analyst and later as a People and Culture Systems Analyst, focusing on streamlining HR processes and optimizing the employee experience from February 2020. Azola began the professional journey as a Graduate Student Intern at the Western Cape Government: Community Safety from May 2018 to February 2020 and worked earlier as a Human Resources Administrator with the Western Cape Government from April 2017 to December 2017. In terms of education, Azola holds an Advanced Human Resource Development degree from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and a BTech in Public Management. Azola is currently enhancing skills through a Data Analysis Course at GetSmarter.
