James Kettering

James Kettering has over two decades of experience in the energy and finance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Competitive Power Ventures since May 2008, Kettering has previously held roles including Vice President and Director of Finance within the same organization. Earlier positions include Portfolio Manager and Loan Officer at CapitalSource from May 2005 to May 2008, and Manager at NEGT from March 1999 to April 2005. Kettering's career began as a Senior Financial Analyst at Entergy from 1997 to 1999, and as a Project Engineer at Dick Corporation from May 1991 to July 1995. Kettering earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an advanced degree from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
