Sean began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Manager at Cherokee Town and Country Club, where they played a key role in the club's food and beverage operations. In 2008, Sean joined The River Club as a Clubhouse Manager, overseeing all aspects of the private, upscale residential golf and country club. During their time there, they managed various amenities and services, including a Greg Norman Signature golf course, tennis courts, a fitness center, and dining facilities. In 2016, Sean became the Assistant General Manager at Druid Hills Golf Club, a historic club in Atlanta with a rich golfing tradition. In this position, they contributed to the club's operational success and supported its role in hosting the Dogwood Invitational.
