Isabelle Caputo

Isabelle Caputo serves as Chief of Staff at Outlier Health and Ahimsa Companies since 2023, and has held the position of Director of Team & Culture at Complement since 2021. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Denver as Associate Director and Interim Assistant Director/Conduct Administrator of Student Rights and Responsibilities from 2018 to 2021, and Coordinator of Greek Life at Colorado School of Mines from 2016 to 2018. Caputo began a career in higher education with the University of Montana as Area Coordinator from 2014 to 2016 and as Assistant Residence Hall Director at Ball State University from 2012 to 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Communication from Millikin University.
