Arick Simms

Arick Simms is a versatile professional with experience in both building services engineering and graphic design. Currently serving as a Building Services Engineer at Complete Building Services since July 2021, Arick is responsible for maintaining a Washington, DC facility and managing daily logs of HVAC and steam station equipment. Additionally, Arick has been working as a freelance Graphic Designer and Creative Director at SimmStudios Design + Development since April 2012, offering creative solutions in visual branding. Past roles include Art Director for the Drink Champs Podcast at REVOLT MEDIA & TV, Peer Mentor for Mentoring & Motivating Youth of America Inc, and a Broadcast News/Feature Writer Intern at Voice of America. Arick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Recording Arts Technology from Full Sail University and has a background in computer graphics from Frederick Douglass High School.
