Evelyn O'Toole is the Founder and CEO of Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS), a contract laboratory established in 1994 that focuses on microbiological and analytical testing for the food, environmental, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries while supporting career development for scientists in the West of Ireland. Evelyn's previous experience includes serving as Laboratory Analyst and Laboratory Manager at Carrolls / Gaelic Seafoods and working as a Quality Assurance and R&D Analyst at Hammer Paints in the UK. Evelyn's educational background encompasses a Leadership 4 Growth Programme at the Irish Management Institute, a Diploma in Train the Trainer from Maynooth University, a Diploma in Business Development from the Irish Management Institute, a Diploma in Pollution Assessment and Control from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and a Certificate in Applied Biology from Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus.
