Jerry Dempsey

Jerry Dempsey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and recruitment. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at CLS and CLS MedPharma since March 2022, Jerry has a proven track record of driving commercial strategies and operations in previous positions as Managing Director at Executive Connections Limited, Greenstar, and Ashfield Healthcare. Notably, Jerry has also contributed to the success of start-ups as an independent consultant and was pivotal in establishing UCB Pharma in Ireland as General Manager. Jerry holds a degree from University College Dublin and is recognized for expertise in diverse areas such as strategic planning, recruitment, and operational management.
