Neil Carlisle

Neil Carlisle is an accomplished professional in governance, risk management, and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Manager at Complete Network Management since March 2024. Previously, Neil held the position of Vulnerability and Compliance Manager at MBDA, where responsibilities included the creation and implementation of compliance processes and policy development. With extensive experience at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, Neil progressed from IT Implementation Engineer to Data Security Officer, overseeing comprehensive IT services and developing a robust cybersecurity and information assurance program. Neil holds an HND in Business Information Technology from Pembrokeshire College and has a strong foundation in IT deployment and project management.
