Aida Youssef

Aida Youssef has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Aida started their career in 1996 at Siemens Communications as a Software Engineer, where they played a key role in the evolution of Siemens HiPath 3000/5000 IP PBX and ROLM embedded technology. There, they designed and developed call modeling state machines and implemented automation for unit testing.

In 2000, Aida joined Siemens Enterprise Communications as a Senior Software Engineer. Aida led the development and ongoing evolution of Siemens' HiPath OpenScape platform, which enhanced collaboration and presence enabled features using real-time communication protocols and technologies.

Afterward, Aida worked as an Independent Consultant at ASAP Systems in 2009, providing software solution consulting services to various companies. Aida led the design, development, and testing of a software solution for law enforcement agencies, focusing on evidence tracking throughout the entire evidence life cycle.

From 2010 to 2014, Aida served as a Senior Software Engineer at Telemetria Technology, Inc. Their contributions included leading the software development to transform the driving experience by integrating voice recognition, car awareness, wireless technology, and software integration. Aida also developed a driving assistant super-app to enhance driver safety and productivity on the road.

Most recently, Aida joined Complete Solar in 2014. Aida held various roles, including Senior Software Development Engineer, Engineering Manager, Director of Software Engineering, and currently, Senior Director of Software Engineering. In these positions, they designed and developed major features for the company, such as commissions, equipment ordering and tracking, inventory management, and job state machine.

Aida Youssef pursued their higher education at San Jose State University from 1993 to 1995. During this period, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
