Chelsea Cunningham

Chelsea Cunningham has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and policy development. Currently serving as the Head of Knowledge Partners and Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Compliance & Risks since September 2019, Chelsea leads the Regulatory Prompt Engineering on the AI Optimisation Team, overseeing a network of various stakeholders including government agencies and regulatory authorities.

Prior roles include Global Regulatory Compliance Specialist and Global Regulatory Compliance Analyst positions, where Chelsea managed internal quality assurance and contributed to significant research projects. A research leader at the Center for AI and Digital Policy, Chelsea also has experience as a Regional Development Intern at Enterprise Ireland.

Chelsea holds a Master of Science in International Public Policy and Diplomacy and a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Cork.
