Jeroen Cremer is the CEO of Matterhorn Reporting Services, specializing in AIFMD Annex IV reporting solutions since May 2023, focusing on helping clients meet ESMA requirements. As a shareholder of ComplianceWise since November 2014, Jeroen leads the development of advanced SaaS solutions for compliance with the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act. Previous roles include Commercial Director for Grub, overseeing AML software for financial professionals, and heading Annex IV Reporting at ComplianceWise Luxembourg, where automation of AIF reports across the EU was prioritized. Jeroen has a solid foundation in Sales and Marketing from Global Factories and Red Bull, where significant market share growth and brand positioning were achieved. Educationally, Jeroen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has further studies at Nyenrode Business University.
