Robert Madi

Robert Madi has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Robert started their career at JPMorgan Chase in 2007 as a Licensed Banker and later became an Assistant Vice President of Business Banking. In 2012, they joined XO Communications as an Account Manager, focusing on providing excellent customer experience. In 2013, they moved to Paycom as a Human Capital Consultant, where they helped businesses streamline their employment processes. Robert then joined COMPLY in 2014 as the VP of Partnership Development, championing compliance professionals and helping clients navigate the regulatory environment.

Robert Madi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance and International Relations from Lake Forest College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Maine East High School from 1999 to 2003.
