Max Medina

Max Medina has extensive experience in technical support and network services, currently serving as a Network Services Specialist at Component Control, a CAMP Company, since August 2004. In this role, Max has been responsible for installing and reinstalling software on new servers, providing telephone support to users for problem diagnosis and triage, upgrading customers to the latest software versions, and enhancing user performance through training in hardware and software. Prior to this, Max worked as a Technical Support Specialist at REA Inc., where troubleshooting and resolving issues for Brokers, Agents, and Investors using real estate software were key responsibilities. Max holds a Microsoft Certification Professional degree from CEI Computer Education Institute, focusing on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
