Janne Lähteenmäki

Janne Lähteenmäki is an experienced professional in industrial management with a strong background in production, quality assurance, and economic results management. Currently serving as Business Unit Manager at Componenta since April 2017, Janne oversees the economic results, EHSQ, production processes, product development, and sales functions at the Componenta Pori factory. Prior to this role, Janne held various positions at Purso-Tools Oy from 2009 to 2017, including Quality Manager and Manufacturing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed HSEQ activities and production line management. Janne's earlier experience includes working as a Quality Engineer and CMM measuring machine operator at Purso-Tools Oy, as well as internships focused on plant design at Metso Paper. Janne holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, along with an International Business program completion at Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen.
