Distribution Center Manager at Composites One

Deana Shop has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Deana began their career at Frigidaire as an Inside Seller, where they worked until 1998. From 1998 to 2002, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Ashland Distribution. Deana then joined Ashland as a Customer Support Lead from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2007, Deana served as a Customer Support Manager, overseeing daily activities and supporting multiple districts. In 2007 and 2008, they took on the role of Business Intelligence Specialist, supporting and championing business reporting and analytics. In 2009, Deana briefly worked as a Business Analyst at the Department of Defense before joining Ashland Distribution as a Purchasing Supervisor from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they joined Nexeo Solutions, LLC as a Customer Support Manager from 2011 to 2014, where they managed a team and built strong customer relationships. Since 2014, Deana has been working at Composites One as both a Customer Service Manager and Site Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Distribution Center Manager at Composites One.

Deana Shop attended Franklin University from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing.
