Ana Teresa Rendón

Ana Teresa Rendón has been working in the field of UI/UX Design since 2021 with Compoze Labs. Prior to this, they were an Illustrator with Fiverr Freelancers (Buyer and Seller) since 2013. In 2018, they joined Sirena as an Onboarding Process Executive, where they were responsible for integrations setup, initial account and user's setup, and advice for the onboarding process. Ana Teresa also worked as a Customer Success, providing proactive management of client portfolio, customer service, and training for new clients. From 2014 to 2018, Rendón worked as a Customer Support (Remote) with ReiFax.com, and from 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative And Business Development Coordinator (Remote) with We International, LLC. Before that, they worked for Chevron from 2006 to 2013, where they served as a Policy, Government & Public Affairs Assistant and Receptionist. Her duties included document translations, events logistic support, management of travel logistics, suppliers and contractors management, budget control, legal donation agreements and contract requirement support, development and execution of social investment projects, press releases and internal bulletins elaboration, corporate image advising, presentations, purchase orders management, general graphic design, daily review of local press, communications board administration, supervision and contact with partners and beneficiaries of the social projects, and FCPA process support. Ana Teresa also participated in the BBS Committee, including employees risk behaviors monitoring and measurement.

Ana Teresa Rendón obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a field of study in Advertising & Public Relations from Universidad 'Santa María' between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including UX Foundations: Style Guides and Design Systems from LinkedIn in November 2021, Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts from Coursera in October 2021, Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes from Coursera in September 2021, Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate from Coursera in August 2021, Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Coursera in July 2021, and Diseño UX/UI from Coderhouse in April 2020.
