Iashia Lee

Iashia Lee is a dedicated Behavior Support Assistant at Manhattan Star Academy since April 2019, providing behavior analytic support and implementing interventions for various behavioral challenges. In addition to current roles, Iashia serves as an ABA Paraprofessional with Comprehensive Behavior Supports, delivering 1:1 instruction in accordance with ABA therapy best practices. Previous experience includes managing performances at the Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts and assisting in the educational planning for children with developmental disabilities at the New York League For Early Learning. Iashia holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Russell Sage College and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from City University of New York-Brooklyn College.
