Milagros Padilla

Milagros Padilla is an experienced professional in the field of psychology and applied behavior analysis, currently serving as a Clinical Supervisor at Brooklyn Autism Center since January 2020, and simultaneously holds the position of ABA Instructor at Comprehensive Behavior Supports since July 2022. Milagros previously worked as a Lead Behavioral Instructor and Behavioral Instructor at Brooklyn Autism Center, and as an ABA Instructor at Attentive Behavior Care. Prior experience includes serving as a Psychotherapist and Consultant in private practice, providing individual therapy and assessments, as well as parent training. Milagros has a strong background in counseling, specifically with children and adolescents with developmental disorders, and has held various roles in educational settings in Argentina. Milagros holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Russell Sage College, with additional workshops and seminars focusing on family therapy, psychological first aid, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
