Megan Leahey

Megan Leahey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in providing mental health support and therapy, particularly for children and adolescents. Since October 2021, Megan has been employed at Comprehensive Counseling LCSWs. Previously, at Astor Services for Children & Families, Megan worked as a School Based Social Worker, delivering evidence-based psychotherapy and conducting comprehensive assessments for middle school students, as well as serving as a Social Worker and Mobile Response Team member, supporting children and families with various therapeutic techniques. Megan's early career includes roles as an intern and tutor, focusing on counseling and educational support for youth in diverse settings. Megan holds a Master's degree in Social Work from New York University, a Master's in Public Administration from Marist College, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from SUNY Geneseo.
