Atara Heimowitz, LMHC, is a seasoned therapist currently operating in private practice at Atara H PLLC since October 2023, located in the Five Towns. With extensive experience in the mental health field, Atara has been a Counseling Provider at Comprehensive Resources, Inc. since September 2019 and served as an Associate at South Shore Cognitive Therapy from September 2022 to November 2023, focusing on CBT therapy for anxiety, depression, and mood disruption, as well as facilitating social skills groups for children.
