Alan I. Ehrlich

Alan I. Ehrlich has extensive experience in the field of recruiting and culinary work. Alan started their career as a Chef at Kiawah Island Golf Resort and later worked as a Specials Chef at Arcadia Farms Restaurant. Alan then transitioned into the catering industry, working as an Event Chef at Michael's Catering and later as a Culinary Mercenary at A Sage Idea, where they specialized in catering consulting and private chef services.

In 2010, Alan entered the recruiting industry as a Recruiting Specialist at Ed Wallach Search Group, focusing on connecting with Language Analysts, Linguists, and Cultural Advisers for national security purposes. This role involved recruiting candidates with clearances, polygraphs, and extensive knowledge of specific languages and cultures.

Following their experience at Ed Wallach Search Group, Alan worked as a Recruiter at Renaissance Personnel Group, where they sourced and placed candidates in various industries, including IT, healthcare, construction, administrative, financial, and real estate. Alan also engaged with candidates throughout the job search process and managed client relationships.

Alan then transitioned to the technology recruiting field, working as a Technology Recruiter (SDLC) at Vaco, where they sourced, interviewed, and recruited candidates in application development.

After their tenure at Vaco, Alan joined Atrilogy Solutions Group as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in recruiting DevOps Engineers, Java Developers, .Net/MVC Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Embedded Developers, among others.

Alan'smost recent role was as a Technical Recruiter at Solu Technology Partners, where they recruited engineers, quality assurance professionals, web developers, cloud experts, database specialists, and application and mobility developers.

Alan currently holds the position of Technology Recruiter at Compri Consulting, where they continue to use their expertise in recruiting to match professionals with technology-focused roles.

Alan I. Ehrlich attended St. Andrew's Parish High School from 1992 to 1996. Alan then enrolled at the University of Arizona from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Media and a minor in English. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they attended the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute, earning Culinary and Pastry Arts Diplomas with a focus on Technique and Business Operations.
