Esa Paju has worked in a variety of roles since 1993. Esa began their career as a Field Service Technician at Wartsila Finland Oy in 1993. In 2003, they moved to DCA Instruments Oy as a Vacuum Technician, where they were responsible for assembling and installing vacuum systems for semiconductor research laboratories worldwide, as well as developing products and working methods. In 2010, they joined CERN TE-VSC as an Ultra High Vacuum Technician. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at MAX IV / Lund University as an Ultra High Vacuum Technician. Currently, they are an Instrument Development Engineer at Comptek Solutions.
Esa Paju's education history includes a High School degree from Senior High School of Paimio from 1983 to 1986, Department of Precision Mechanic from Technical school of Turku from 1988 to 1989, and Technical school for Diesel Engine Mechanic from Wärtsilä Post-Graduate studies from 1992 to 1993.
