Roth Group, a consulting firm focused on guiding businesses through growth and transformation, and as an Executive and Life Leadership Empowerment Coach at DaphneOdette Coaching, Daphne empowers leaders to achieve personal and professional excellence. Previous roles include Vice President of Marketing at Winegard Company, where strategic marketing initiatives and digital transformations significantly enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency, and Owner of DoR Interactive, a digital marketing consultancy that provided tailored solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. Daphne has also contributed as a Founding Member of the Chief of Staff Roundtable and held leadership positions at Method Engine and Leo Burnett Worldwide, demonstrating a track record of driving organizational growth and success.
