Tara Walter

Tara is a veteran of the United States Air Force and joined Compu Dynamics in 2017. She has over 18 years of human resources experience including developing HR processes and policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, benefits, compensation, and training.

Prior to joining Compu Dynamics, Tara worked for CroppMetcalfe where she was responsible for overseeing the HR Department including payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and training. She also played a key role in all company acquisitions.

Tara earned her BA in Social Sciences from Thomas Edison State University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
