Ryan Muir is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in leadership and team development across multiple companies. Currently overseeing operations at Compugen Inc since May 2023, Ryan previously held similar roles at Lowe's and Metro Inc., where responsibilities included coaching over 20 supervisors and managing a workforce of 400 employees in high-output environments. With prior experience as an Outbound Warehouse Manager at Sysco and various supervisory positions at Gay Lea Foods and Qualitest International, Ryan has demonstrated a commitment to optimizing operational procedures and enhancing productivity while adhering to industry standards.
