Heather Bush-Reyes, COT, serves as the Director of Product Management and Director of Product Design at Compulink Healthcare Solutions since January 2023. With a long-standing tenure at Compulink Business Systems, beginning in November 2004, Heather has held the position of Product Director, focusing on the development of EHR software. Previously, Heather was a Senior Training Specialist from December 2004 to November 2012, where responsibilities included training clients in practice management and EHR software, with an emphasis on customization for client success. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Technician at Western Medical Eye Center from November 1996 to November 2008, performing various clinical and administrative duties.
