Richard Farrahi started their work experience in 1989 as a Referee for the National Federation of State High School Associations. In 2002, they became a Sports Referee for USA Volleyball, a role they held until November 2021. In 2007, they established and served as the Owner, Club Director, and Head Coach of the Southwest Chi-Town Volleyball Club. During their time there, they provided excellent customer service and achieved notable accomplishments, including earning a bid to the National Championships and winning several tournaments. In 2018, Richard worked as a Trade Show On-Site Technician and Exhibitors/Attendee Customer Service representative for CompuSystems. Richard was responsible for setting up and maintaining work stations, training temporary staff, and ensuring successful execution at trade shows. In 2020, Richard became an independent contractor and joined Uber as a Ride Share Driver, where they have maintained an excellent service record with over 3000 rides and a 5 Star Platinum rating.
