Tyler Hill

Tyler Hill has a diverse work experience. Tyler started their career at Cub Foods in 2008 as a Grocery Clerk, where they were responsible for grocery stock, building and re-building grocery displays, and writing grocery orders while providing excellent customer service. In 2015, they joined Computer Integration Technologies, Inc. (CIT) as a Managed Service Desk Engineer (Level 1) and later transitioned to the role of Managed Service Desk Engineer (Level 2) in 2016. Tyler then served as a Triage-Engineer Team Lead and Managed Service Desk Engineer (Level 2) from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 onwards, they held the positions of CIT Network Administrator, Team Lead, and Escalation Engineer (level 3), and finally became a Network Administrator.

Tyler Hill earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to their university education, Tyler attended Hill-Murray School from 2005 to 2009 for their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Tyler has obtained several certifications including Scale Computing Datacenter Infrastructure and Scale Computing Technical Certification from Scale Computing, as well as CompTIA A+ (901 & 902) and CompTIA Network + certifications from CompTIA. The specific dates of obtaining the CompTIA certifications are not provided.
