Steve Shockey

Steve Shockey has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Steve is currently a Co-Founder at Trass Games, where they are responsible for multiple aspects of the company's operations. Prior to this, Steve worked at Computer Technology Associates (CTA, Inc) in roles such as Director of Product Quality, Product Manager, and Senior QA Manager. Steve also gained experience as a Podcast Host and Professional Esports Player at Beyond Beta Podcast. Additionally, Steve worked as an Independent Writer/Producer and as a Mac Genius at Apple. Steve began their career in the gaming industry at Electronic Arts (EA), where they held positions such as Assistant Producer, Multiplayer Specialist, and Singleplayer Specialist. Steve has demonstrated expertise in game design, quality assurance, project management, and leadership throughout their career.

Steve Shockey obtained a Master's degree from Dartmouth College between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, graduating between 2004 and 2007. Steve also obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, as well as Apple Certified Portable Technician (ACPT) and Apple Certified Technician for Pro Products from Apple.
