James Torkornoo has extensive experience in the field of information technology support and engineering. James began their career as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Computer Troubleshooters in 2014, where they analyzed user needs, designed computer systems and networks, and installed and configured hardware and software components. James also worked as a Senior Information Technology Support Engineer at Edumfa Heavenly Ministry (EHM), where they designed and implemented computer systems and troubleshooted technical issues. James then returned to their engineering studies, attending Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU) from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.

James continued their academic journey at CCTU and recently completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering in January 2022. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications throughout their career, including Electrical Engineering Technician Part 1 in 2002 and Electrical Engineering Technician Part 2 in 2003, both from NATECO. Furthermore, they acquired a Certificate in Reverse Engineering from Udemy in 2022 and a Certificate in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia, also from Udemy in the same year.
