James Torkornoo

James Torkornoo has extensive experience in the field of information technology support and engineering. James began their career as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Computer Troubleshooters in 2014, where they analyzed user needs, designed computer systems and networks, and installed and configured hardware and software components. James also worked as a Senior Information Technology Support Engineer at Edumfa Heavenly Ministry (EHM), where they designed and implemented computer systems and troubleshooted technical issues. Additionally, James served as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Rescuecom Technology & Forensics, where they provided technical support and assistance to users, resolved technical issues related to computer systems, and installed and configured hardware and software. James gained further experience as a Regional ISP Sales Engineer at MONINET GHANA, where they identified and pursued new sales leads and presented internet service options to clients. Most recently, James has been serving as the Director of IT Support at Computer Troubleshooters, where they provide visionary leadership and guides the engineering team to make informed decisions aligned with business goals. James Torkornoo has a diverse education history in the field of engineering and business. James began their educational journey in 2001 at the National Technical Engineering College (NATECO), where they obtained a High School Diploma in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician in 2005. Following this, they enrolled at the City & Guilds of London in 2006 and completed a Technician Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering in 2008.

In 2008, James pursued further education in business administration and management at BARRYTRUM GROUP INTERNATIONAL, completing an Executive Certificate in Management and Business Administration the following year. James then returned to their engineering studies, attending Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU) from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.

James continued their academic journey at CCTU and recently completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering in January 2022. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications throughout their career, including Electrical Engineering Technician Part 1 in 2002 and Electrical Engineering Technician Part 2 in 2003, both from NATECO. Furthermore, they acquired a Certificate in Reverse Engineering from Udemy in 2022 and a Certificate in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia, also from Udemy in the same year.
