Jim Zaiss

Jim Zaiss has a diverse work experience spanning from 1994 to the present. Jim started their career as a Philosophy Instructor at California State University, Northridge, where they taught various philosophy courses. In 1999, they joined Cycorp, Inc. as an Ontologist, specializing in the field of artificial intelligence until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Philosophy Instructor at Austin Community College. Jim then joined AWARE Software, Inc. as a Sr. Product Manager from 2007 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Research Scientist at UT Austin Center for Identity from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) as a Senior Requirements Modeler / Business Analyst since April 2021.

Jim Zaiss attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1978 to 1980, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Jim then went on to pursue further education at UC Irvine from 1980 to 1988, obtaining their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Philosophy.
