Scott Hanrahan

Scott Hanrahan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Scott began their career in the US Navy as a Radioman 2nd Class Petty Officer from 1981 to 1987. After that, they worked at WorldCom, where they held various senior management positions such as Senior Manager of Service Delivery, Manager of Global Data Network Operations, Frame Relay Technician, and Circuit Design Engineer.

Following their time at WorldCom, Hanrahan worked at Growing Family as a Call Center Supervisor, responsible for managing a team of inbound telesales representatives. Scott then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Supervisor of the Technical Support Center, overseeing a team responsible for servicing and supporting rental branches globally.

Hanrahan's next role was at Thomson Reuters, where they served as a Customer Support Manager, managing a team of Technical Support Specialists. Scott then joined Oberon Associates, Inc. as a TSR Writer, working with DOD personnel to coordinate the transition of voice and data lines onto a government-owned network.

Hanrahan later joined SAIC, where they held multiple positions, including Communications Allocations Coordinator, Team Lead for the Networx Transition Team, and Network Engineer. In these roles, they were involved in coordinating telecommunications services and contributing to the transition to new contracts.

Most recently, Hanrahan has been working at Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) as an Operations Manager and Project Manager. Scott leads the day-to-day efforts for the Transition Support Team, ensuring project status, issues, and successes are effectively communicated. Hanrahan also identifies and develops innovative solutions for situations where precedents and procedures may not exist.

Throughout their career, Hanrahan has demonstrated a strong background in telecommunications, project management, team leadership, and customer service.

Scott Hanrahan earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from Riverview Gardens High School in St. Louis, MO, graduating from 1977 to 1981. In addition to their formal education, Scott Hanrahan also holds several certifications. Scott received the CompTIA Project+ Certification from CompTIA in May 2022, the ITIL Version 3 Foundation certification from Loyalist Certification Services in January 2011, and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2021. Scott also holds multiple certifications from CompTIA, including the CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, CompTIA Network+ ce Certification, CompTIA A+, and the CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification, which were obtained between 2019 and 2020.
