Rachel C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rachel began their career as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Looe Key Reef Resort in 2004. Following this, they worked as the Owner and Operator of Wreckreation Charters, a dive charter boat, from 2005 to 2006. Rachel then took on the role of Operations Manager at Ocean Vibes Scuba & Watersports Ltd. in 2006.

In 2007, Rachel became the Special Event Manager at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort and later transitioned to the position of Shop Manager and Instructor at St. Thomas Diving Club, where they also served as a PADI Instructor.

In 2010, Rachel joined Underwater Sports, Inc. as a Sales Associate. Rachel then moved on to work at Argosy Cruises in 2013, initially as a Bosun and later as an IT Manager/Special Projects. In this role, they were responsible for managing various projects, including software upgrades, network infrastructure refresh, and stakeholder communication.

Rachel then worked at iCertainty as a Project Manager for a short period in 2019 before joining Computercraft Corporation in 2021. At Computercraft Corporation, they first served as an Organizational Change Management Specialist and later moved into the role of Project Manager within the Program Management Office.

Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated their ability to handle diverse responsibilities, from customer service to project management, and has consistently shown a willingness to develop new skills and take on different roles.

Rachel C. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Cum Laude with Honors in Anthropology from Northern Kentucky University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In 2015, they enrolled in Bellevue College Continuing Education to pursue Project Management studies, completing their education in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Rachel has obtained several certifications, including the Agile Development Specialization from Coursera in January 2021, the CMNO certification from Cisco Meraki in August 2016, the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018, and the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2016.
