Darren Wordon

Darren Wordon currently serves as the Global Head of IT Assurance and Compliance at Computershare, overseeing the global IT Assurance and Compliance model since June 2016. Previously, Darren held the position of Head of IT Assurance & Compliance, reporting directly to the Global CTO. In a significant role at Computershare South Africa from March 2003 to May 2016, Darren was the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all operational areas, and also served as Chief Information Officer, managing the overall IT function with dual reporting lines to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Information Officer of Computershare Europe and Middle East Asia. Early career experience includes managing the Network Command Centre at Standard Bank Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University and various certifications in IT security and network management.
