Erik Schwendenman

Vice President, Business Development at Computershare

Erik Schwendenman is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in coordinating corporate reorganization and capital raising services. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Computershare since February 2000, Erik specializes in selling to C-suite executives globally. In addition, Erik holds Vice President positions at both Georgeson Securities and Georgeson Inc., beginning in 2012 and 2005 respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Actions Senior Account Manager at EquiServe, where Erik managed complex reorganization transactions, and leading the Investor Relations Unit for mutual funds and equities. Erik's early career included a role as Inventory Control Manager at Reebok. Erik holds Registered Representative licenses (Series 7 and 63) from FINRA and has a background in education from Northeastern University and North Quincy High School.
