Lara Daly-Sims

Lara Daly-Sims currently serves as the Head of Corporate Regulatory Services US and Associate General Counsel at Computershare since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lara was a Partner in the Asset Securitization group at Chapman and Cutler LLP, where expertise included a range of asset securitization transactions and advising financial institutions on federal regulations. Experience also includes positions as Deputy General Counsel at the National Credit Union Administration, Counsel at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where Lara was a Partner in the Structured Finance Group. Lara holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in History from Bates College.
