Uche Njoku

Uche Njoku is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Engineering Practice Lead for Issuer Services at Computershare since February 2022, Uche previously held leadership roles at Heartburst and Day3 as Head of Development. Uche's prior tenure at Computershare spans nearly a decade, marked by roles such as Practice Lead for Digital Foundry and Development Team Lead, where responsibilities included mentoring multidisciplinary teams, promoting best practices, and driving innovation in software solutions. Uche's career began as a Software Engineer at Adwise Group and has evolved through various technical positions. Uche holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Deakin University as well as an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Deakin University.
