Andre Konrad

Andre Konrad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Andre started their career in 2009 as an Office Management Assistant at HFB UG. In 2014, they joined Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA as a Technical Account Manager and later took on the role of Teamlead/Supervisor/Deputy Group Lead, overseeing operations and service delivery management for Amazon DE Seller Support.

In 2017, Andre founded YAB - Amazon Agency, where they provided business consulting services to brands and merchants for their sales activities on Amazon's European online marketplaces. Andre also managed account management, data analysis, business reporting, and Amazon SEO/SEA.

In 2018, Andre joined Salamander Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG as an E-Commerce Manager, focusing on setting up, managing, and developing the third-party and marketplace platform business in the DACH region. Andre had responsibilities for profit calculation, pricing, marketing budget, supply chain optimization, and cross-divisional coordination.

Currently, Andre works as a Marketplace-/ Channel Manager at computeruniverse GmbH, a Burda Digital company. Andre'srole involves strategic management of all external e-commerce channels, including 3P, B2C, and B2B. Andre'skey responsibilities include account management, pricing analysis and optimization, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements in sales, logistics, and after-sales/customer service.

Throughout their career, Andre has demonstrated strong leadership, cross-functional communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Andre has experience in account management, pricing, marketing, supply chain optimization, and data analysis.

Andre Konrad attended Westfälische Hochschule from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree. Andre also obtained additional certifications in E-Commerce Manager from Industrie- und Handelskammer in December 2018, Online Marketing Basics from Google in January 2017, and People Management from Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA in October 2015.
