Matthew Yeung

Matthew Yeung has a diverse work experience. Matthew started their career in 2008 as an AIESEC marketing intern at Guveneller Machine Co. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where they held positions as an Audit Manager and later as an Audit Senior during their global mobility assignment in the United States. In 2016, they joined Gemilang International Limited, where they served as the Financial Controller and Company Secretary until 2019. Since 2019, Matthew has been working at Computime Group Limited, initially as the Controller for Financial Control and Corporate Projects and currently as the Director in the same department.

Matthew Yeung started their education at St. Joseph's College, Hong Kong, where they completed their high school education from 1998 to 2005. During this time, their concentration was in science, particularly in math, physics, chemistry, and biology.

In 2005, Yeung enrolled at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Professional Accountancy. Matthew completed their undergraduate studies in 2008.

As an exchange student, Yeung also had the opportunity to study at Zhejiang University in 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.

Further expanding their international experience, Yeung studied at The University of Edinburgh as an exchange student in 2006, focusing on the English Language.

In 2019, Yeung began pursuing a Master's degree in Master of Corporate Governance at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Matthew successfully completed the program in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Yeung has obtained additional certifications. Matthew holds a CPA (Practising) certification from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Matthew is also a Fellow Member (FCG HKFCG) of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. The specific years and months of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
