Lisa Kelley

Lisa Kelley has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Accident Fund Insurance Company of America since March 2017. Prior to this role, Lisa held multiple positions at The Hanover Insurance Group from January 1990 to March 2017, including Senior Product Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, and Commercial Lines Project Lead. Lisa also worked at Citizens Insurance Company of America in various capacities, such as Director of Service for Midwest Operations, where responsibility included managing operations for a $192 million commercial insurance region.
